PALM BAY CLUB is a large residential subdivision created back in the 90’s along a great stretch of white sandy beach located on the eastern/ocean side of the island just over a mile south of the Belize Mexico border…approximately 22 miles north of San Pedro Town. At this time, no services exist within the subdivision and access is by boat only either along the beach side on calmer days or up along the west side of the island, through the cut that forms the border to the ocean side. Once having been surveyed with streets cut years back, the subdivision has grown over making identification of individual lots difficult. This lot is a 2^nd row off the beach lot, offers 100 x 100 ft of building space and, the best part, is located behind a beach front park so views of the ocean will be obstructed by coconut palms only!
