4100 Robles Point

Approximately 14 miles north of San Pedro Town is Robles Point, a point of land forming a small bay….a few miles further north is Rocky Point, another point of land where the reef touches the shoreline, offers deep water access just a few feet offshore…..between these two points is some of the highest land on the island, beaches are comprised of rock and sand, boat access is limited due to shallow water but a channel could be cut from the reef to a private pier…reef is just a few hundred feet away! In this section of beachfront, we have Lots 22 and 22A….22 being a 100 ft beachfront lot by 386 ft depth, 22A is a 2^nd row lot, same width, 306 ft depth for a total of almost 700 ft depth. There has been a road cut through these lots to Rocky Point with a designated right-of-way between the lots, electrical service has been extended to Robles Point so is just a few feet away….water service would be provided by cistern and rain collection, cell phone service exists…will not be long before homes are being built here…good time to get a good beachfront lot!
